I give Fianza Bail Bonds 5 stars because they were a huge help considering my situation. They were extremely knowledgeable about the law and also provided me with information about my case that I didn't even know existed. If you are considering this bail bonds I highly recommend you go with them ! Obviously every bondsman is different but beyond glad I found them. The woman who runs it knows what she's talking about!

Brenda provided exceptional service during a very difficult time for my family. My spouse was detained by the Commercial Point Police Department and taken to the Pickaway County Jail. From our first call at 5:00 AM, Brenda was patient, empathetic, and professional. She went above and beyond by calling around to get answers I couldn't get myself and was even willing to handle the release process personally when we were unsure about mental health assessment protocols. Her kindness and dedication are rare in the legal system. I highly recommend Brenda’s services to anyone in need.

I always forget to write a review. I haven’t had to use Brenda for bail for a while, but she is so sweet and informative. She’s helped me out a few times with myself and then some years later with my man. She is amazing. And I literally have no complaints about her, every time someone I know needs a bail bondsman I always recommend her to them.

Brenda is by far the best there is. My EX went to Brenda when no one else would post bond for some reason. After I got bailed out my ex (because he was upset) would call her & tel her to revoke my bond. Needless to say she called me & told me to get another signer ASAP! She’s very helpful, very real.

I cannot say enough good things about Fianza Bail Bonds office in Columbus, Ohio. Brenda, who is the head woman in charge, answered the phone immediately and met me at her office right away on a Saturday morning where she introduced me to Nick, who would be handling my family's bond. From the very beginning, they kept me fully updated while we waited for my family member's bond details to be posted, including the amount and bond type.
While we were waiting, we spent time in Brenda's office just talking and laughing. They are incredibly personable, down to earth, and make you feel completely comfortable during what is normally a very stressful situation. They truly treat you like a human being, not just a transaction. Fianza is genuinely for the people and goes out of their way to help however they can. Brenda was even kind enough to buy us lunch and patiently waited while we figured out the money--something you don't see often at all.
Nick, the bondsman, was willing to go out on a limb for us and set up a very convenient payment plan. Together, they explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and the bond was posted very quickly.

Brenda Williams is definitely heaven sent and she help work out my situation with my boyfriends bail.. Very flexible, outgoing and good on communication.
